We were given a task to create a five-minute presentation using the features of Notion remotely in 15 minutes with a group consisting of David, Richard, Christopher, and myself. There are lots of reviews that talk in depth, but we wanted to know how steep the learning curve was both with Notion and the AI tool. The first task ended up being figuring out how to actually get on the same document together, which took around three minutes. The way to get on the same document wasn’t clear, and I personally only found it because I accidentally clicked on my name in the top left of the screen. Even after I did that, though, I had to basically explore most of the page to figure out how to create a shared document. Once that was figured out, we were able to select an AI tool to do the presentation on. Once we selected Jenni AI, we went to work on gathering information on it. It wasn’t very organized, as communicating with everyone through just Notion was a little confusing. However, I just went directly to Jenni AI to explore the tools it offered. After a little exploring, I went back to Notion to check what my teammates had done and then went to add things that were missed to what was already added. These things included the AI’s different features, pricing, and competitors. We were actually never given the opportunity to present our findings.
Wow, that is so interesting!!
